The development of learning technology cannot be separated from breakthroughs made by experts in technology and education. This paper discusses the design of student character development models through students' daily activities at home and outside school. The model is implemented into a server-connected mobile application. The system performs automatic evaluations regularly according to the given settings. The system also allows teachers to monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. The character development method used in the model is habituation. The habituation process is shown by doing activities regularly and repeatedly. The application was currently being tested as a pilot project in one of the Islamic Elementary Schools in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The method used to prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the application is the mixed method. Questionnaires were given to parents and teachers. Interviews were conducted with teachers. The result showed that implementing a character development model based on the habituation method on a mobile device platform proved to be more effective and efficient for helping teachers monitor and evaluate the development of student attitudes or character development. It^s easier for parents and students to document the activities routinely and repetitively. The evaluation results showed that 89% of students regularly carried out and reported activities using the application. It showed that 89% of students had achieved the responding level based on bloom^s taxonomy of affective aspects.
